We aim to have all orders received by 1pm, dispatched the same day. Most products are dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. We’ll let you know by email when your order has been dispatched. Your order will normally reach you within 3-4 working days.
All orders are currently taken for UK and Northern Ireland however, please email or phone us direct for a quote.
You will be given your order number and tracking details based on your shipping selection at checkout, when the item has left our premises.

Faulty Returns

A Perfect World has a no hassle approach to faulty returns. If a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, we will replace it and pay the postage. 
Please contact us either by email and we can provide further assistance and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
We are very sorry if you do have problems with a purchase, but please rest assured that we are fully committed to fixing your problem as quickly as possible.

Change of mind

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched.
Please contact us through email and we will organise the rest.
All we ask is for you to package the item and follow the above returns policy.
